#### 1. Shipping Times & Cut-Offs
We operate from Monday to Friday to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.

* Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time
* Handling & Processing Time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday - Friday)
* Transit & Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday - Friday)

Please note that we do not ship or process any orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or official public holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to high volume, we will contact you immediately via email.

#### 2. Shipping Rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees or surprise surcharges added to your cart at checkout.

#### 3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is handed over to our shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a secure tracking number. Your tracking information will become fully active and operational within 24 hours of package handoff.

#### 4. Import Duties & Taxes
Novique is not legally liable for any external customs fees, import tariffs, or local duties levied during or after transit. All fees imposed are the sole responsibility of the customer.

#### 5. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives severely damaged due to carrier transportation issues, please preserve all protective packing materials and reach out to our customer support team or the shipping carrier directly to file an insurance claim.
